With assistance of Enterprise Europe Network Russia, Module A hosted by the Russian Agency for Small and Medium Business Support and the EEN Denmark (the Organization «Fyns ErhvervsCenter») the contract on cooperation between the Company from St. Petersburg and the Danish company has been signed.

Enterprise Europe Network Russia and its EU partner EEN Denmark had brought together a Russian and an EU company in August 2007 just after former EICC-Russia has been launched in Moscow, Russia.

From the Russian party - the Scientific and Production Enterprise “Kompensator”, the leader in the market of bellows expansion joint for all types of pipelines. The Company-partner – LLC LBH International, manufacturer of the above mentioned items.

In February 2008 the first official meeting was held when the representatives of “Kompensator” came to Denmark. After these negotiations the Letter of Intentions was signed. After having arranged all the issues regarding logistic, pricing etc the companies have signed the Distribution Agreement on selling the products of “LBH International” on the territory of Russia. The terms of Agreement: 01.06.2008 – 31.12.2008, with the possibility of prolongation.
