The Russian Union of Innovation Technology Centres

The Russian Union of Innovation Technology Centres (RUITC) was established in 2000 in order to support the development of Innovation Technology Centres (ITCs) of Russia. RUITC network links 28 Russian ITCs; they have about 1500 client companies, R&D organisations and universities in many regions of Russia. The main RUITC’s objectives are: creation of information environment for efficient ITC communication, legal support and improvement of legislative basis of the ITCs’ operation, attraction of federal and regional funding to support the ITCs’ operation.

RUITC members’ activities include: bringing the innovative developments to market products, creation of start-ups, attraction of federal and regional funding to support these activities.

RUITC’s main services are: consulting on creation of a technological business, legal and patent support, trainings and business planning for start-ups.

The Russian Technology Transfer Network

The Russian Technology Transfer Network (RTTN) is the greatest network of Russia. It involves over 1 400 Russian companies, R&D organisations and universities, helping them to transform their technology requests and offers into real technological partnerships and innovative businesses. RTTN is a non-profit partnership, founded in 2002. It represents over 60 innovation and technology transfer centres covering most of Russia. The main objectives of the member centres are:

  • identification and exchange of information about the requested and offered technologies,
  • search of partners in Russia or EU countries,
  • assistance in establishing and developing contacts, including negotiations and consulting services.

The Russian Agency for Small and Medium Enterprises Support

The Russian Agency for Small and Medium Enterprises Support is one of the leading consulting companies of Russia working in sphere of support and development of small and medium business. The Russian Agency has a wide experience in partner search for SMEs from different countries and various spheres of business. RA has organized many business missions and B2B meeting for state bodies’ delegations as well as for enterprises.
